Seminar Evaluation - Maximizing Retirement Assets
Compilation of Results for
Morning and Afternoon Sessions
March 8, 2002 - Nashville, TN
The following summarize the results
of the seminar evaluations that attendees completed directly after
my seminar. Responses are ranked from 5 to 1. Number 5 corresponds
to the strongest ranking; number 1 corresponds to least favorable
ranking. I have accurately recorded the results of everyone who
completed an evaluation form.
In addition to the three questions on
the form, the form allowed room for comments after each question.
Again, I have recorded every comment and put the appropriate comment
after the question that relates to the comment.
In summary, the participants
overwhelmingly agreed with the following statements:
- The presentation increased my
knowledge of the subject.
- I would strongly recommend this
presentation for my clients.
- The presentation was professional
and relevant.
Most of the comments were glowing.
I have received 18 separate requests
for me to travel to individual planner's cities and to present
seminars.

presented, very knowledgeable.
- Definitely.

- Definitely good review also.
- Great handout material.
- Handouts were helpful.
- Moved a little fast at times.
- As a CLU & CHFC, I knew much of
the basics, but he broadened my knowledge significantly.
- No discussion of life insurance
strategies as alternatives to these concepts.
- Definitely on strategies for
payout and maximizing wealth.
- Covered basics and built on it.

clients with higher net worth.
- I have been visiting Mr. Lange's
web site and using it as a resource for a couple of years.

- Want him to come to town ASAP.
- Excellent money well spent.
- Absolutely increased my knowledge
of MRD.
- Well organized, easy flowing with
excellent relevant information.
- Very good; concise and great level
of knowledge while conveying trust.
- Very informative & entertaining,
has many good ideas.
- Thorough, complete, attention to
detail.
- I plan to use Jim Lange for my CPA
& his clients, a friend who has a law firm for his 30 shareholders
and their clients and my high end A&B clients.
- Might be too advanced for clients
(the average), could be good for more advanced with higher assets.
- Nicely done, my clients are the
more successful career agents nationally.
- Probably too much for lower end
clients.
- Too long, normally, attention span
is 45 minutes to an hour.
- Concepts are fine they are
simply not very relevant to my client's situations.
- Hard to follow without prior
knowledge.
- Need more examples and real
examples.
- Not on an (client) individual
basis, but as a resource to the plan sponsors to keep cases in
place to demonstrate the quality of advice we give to the
employees of the sponsors.
- I need more clients with higher
net worth.
- Higher end clients could
understand and appreciate.
- Too complicated for my clients.
- Probably too advanced for most of
my clients.
- This presentation is a bit heavy
for many of our clients; however, appropriate to individuals/
families of substantial wealth.
- In a much less technical
presentation, of course.
- Seems a little complicated for
clients.
- Would need the presentation to be
at a lower level. This would be over most clients heads.
- Not sure about # of people
appropriate for seminar and any net worth guidelines.
- Yes, but it would have to be
simplified.
- Not pertinent to clients with
500,000 or so in qualified $'s.
- Very thorough good visuals.
- Good, concise, understandable
presentation.
